AEO is an international honor society dedicated to empowering young leaders in the fields of ethical leadership, sustainability, and social innovation. We connect students and early-career professionals across disciplines and cultures to drive real-world impact.
Membership is open to students, graduates, and young professionals who demonstrate academic excellence, social engagement, and a commitment to ethical leadership. Applicants are evaluated based on initiative, collaboration, and contribution to community-driven projects.
Members gain access to global networking opportunities, mentoring programs, leadership workshops, and international initiatives. AEO encourages active participation – from joining local chapters to contributing to cross-border projects and research.
You can apply directly through our website. If your country or university doesn’t yet have a chapter, you can propose to establish one – our National Ambassadors and global team will guide you through the process.
